<br />. <br /> <br />0418 <br /> <br />-12-- <br /> <br />The sources of supply for the above-named structures are <br />Hamilton Creek, Cabin Creek, Ra.nch Creek, Hurd Creek, I'leadow Creek, <br />Fras8r I?iver, and other unnamed tdbutaries of the Colorado River. <br />These dghts to the use of 1'later are more pa):ticularly described in <br />and they are subj8d to the Stipuldtion, as amended, as set forth <br />above, and in the Fimll Decr'ee'which is predicated upon these Findings <br />of Fad and Conclusions of Lm1. <br /> <br />24. On August 1, 1935, the United States of America and the <br />Northern Colorado Water Users Association initiated the Colorado- <br />Big Thompson Project and all of its component parts described und0T <br />the headinC] "General Physical Description", including Green I':ountain <br />Reservoir and P01'io):plant, and theJeafter the United States of America <br />prosecuted the Proj ect to completion l'iith due diligencG. The United <br />States of America within a reasonable time has diverted, impounded <br />and applied to the benefic:i.al uses specified in said Senate Document <br />No. 80 the Haters of the Colorado River and its tributaries, including <br />the Blue River and its tdbutaries to the full capacity of all of the <br />structures of that project. The rights to the use of water of the <br />United States of America are set forth specifically in the Final <br />Judgment and in the Finell Decree, both of "Ihich are predicated upon <br />these Findings of Fact and Conclusions of LaH. Reference is made to <br />the Stipulation, as amended, vrhich is set forth above in regard to <br />the rights to the use of water of the United States of America, The <br />United States of America shall have a priority for the Colorado-Big <br />Thompson Project of August 1, 1935, in the Colorado River and its <br />tributa.rl.cs, a.nd ;.:: t'18 Dhw River and its tributaries. <br /> <br />25. Neither these Findings of Fact nor any single Finding of <br />Fad cO\~tained herein shall be binding upon the intervenors in Civil <br />Action No. 2782 of these consolidated cases.
