The u. S. FiSh and wildli te Service <br />originally consulted on the reservoir in 1990. The Colorado <br />Rivet'Cbnservation District is now applying_for an additional <br />6-..000"acre-ft of storage, which require$ a new -consul_tation. <br /> <br />The Bureau of Land Management has detennined that the proposed <br />changes do not represent any additional adverse impacts to any of <br />the listed species or their habitat. Your review and, COnCUrrence <br />of our "no affect" determination will complete the consultation <br />w~th YOUr agency regarding the proposed federal action. <br /> <br />Please call if you need any further assistance with the proposed <br />action or the biological assessments. <br /> <br />Thank you for your help. <br /> <br />
