<br />aa proposed, there will be a net savings in annual. operation, maintenancc,

<br />and replacement costs. Present annual op~ration, maintenance,and replace-

<br />ment costs at the July 1973 price leve arc about ~8 per acre, or about
<br />
<br />$570,000 per year. With systems improvements, it is estimated that
<br />
<br />there will .be a s.:Ivings of .:Ibout 33 percent in operation, m:!intennnce,
