Craig W. Rupp, Regional Forester, Rocky Mountain Region
is responsible for approving the study plan, reviewing
the draft Study Report and giving the Forest Supervisor
approval to file the draft environmental statement. He
will recommend approval of the final study, report 'and
final environmental statement of the Chief.

J. Merle Prince, Forest Supervisor, Routt National Forest,
has overall responsibility for completion of the study

and selection of the proposed alternative. . He will
provide necessary resource specialists support for daia
collection and analysis. He is the responsible official
for the draft environmental statement.

William F. Conklin, District Ranger, Hahns Peak District,
Routt National Forest is responsible for recommending the
proposed alternative to the Forest Supervisor. He is
responsible for assisting the Team leader in gathering
necessary data and aSSisting in the public involvement.

. Tom Lonberger,

Environmental Planner, Routt National

Forest, is the Team Leader for the Forest Service. He is

responsible for coordination of the study effort and
seeing that the study plan is prepared, data is collected,
analyzed and evaluated and the public is involved. He
keeps the Ranger and Forest Supervisor informed of the
status of the Study and provides the necessary data for
