Colorado 81052 <br /> <br />To the Representatives <br />Arkansas River Compact Administration <br />Lamar, Colorado 81052 <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />We have examined the Statement of Assets & Liabilities Arising <br />rrom Cash Transactions of the Arkansas River Compact <br />Administration as of October 31. 1976, and the Statement of Cash <br />Receipts and Disbursements and Changes in Cash Balance for the <br />fiscal year then ended. We have also examined the Statement of Cash <br />Receipts and Disbursements with Budget Comparison for the budget <br />year ended June 30, 1976. Our examination was conducted in ac- <br />cordance with generally accepted auditing standards, and included <br />such tests of the accounting records and such other auditing <br />procedures as we considered necessary in the circumstances. <br />In our opinion. Exhibits A & B. present fairly the Assets & <br />Liabilities arising from Cash Transactions of the Arkansas River <br />Compact Administration at October 31, 1976, and the results of Cash <br />Transactions for the fiscal year then ended and Exhibit C presents <br />fairly the cash transactions of the budget year ended June 30. 1976. on <br />a basis consistent with that of the previous year. <br /> <br />Crimond.
