Geological Survey for the transition quarter July 1. 1976, to <br />September 30. 1976. in the amount of $2.200 - $1.100 for each party; <br />and for the fiscal year October 1. 1976. to September 30. t977. in the <br />amount of $8.800 - $4.400 for each party. These funds are for the <br />operation of the compact station at Lamar, the additional field work at <br />other compact stations, the providing of current streamflow data, <br />maintenance of radio equipment, and the preparation of records for the <br />Annual Report. <br /> <br />10. Findings of fact by the Administration <br /> <br />SPECIAL TELEPHONIC MEETINGS <br /> <br />April 7. 1976 <br />A special telephonic meeting was held April 7, 1976 in accordance <br />with Article V-I' of the Compact. for the purpose of declaring that the <br />reservoir would become empty April 10, 1976. Mr. C. J. Kuiper. <br />Colorado State Engineer, and Mr. Robert Jesse, Division Engineer <br />were notified of this action and the administration of decreed water <br />rights for Colorado would commence on April to. 1976. unless a change <br />of conditions justified cancellation or modification of this notice. The <br />reservoir became empty at 6:00 P.M., April 10, 1976. <br />Participating members: <br />For Colorado - Mr. Bates and Mr. Tempel <br />For Kansas - Mr. Bentrup and Mr. Reeve. <br /> <br />August 5. 1976 <br /> <br />A special telephonic meeting was held August 5, 1976 in accordanc~ <br />with Article V-I' of the Compact. for the purpose of declaring that the <br />reservoir would become empty August 6, 1976. Mr. Carl Bentrup, not available at conference lime, <br />voted by proxy for Mr. Guy Gibson and himself at a later time of the <br />day. <br />All entities involved in the Resolution were informed of this action. <br />Participating members: <br />Mr. Frank Cooley, Chairman <br />For Colorado: Mr. Felix Sparks.
