There has baen a chanae <br /> <br />i(l irri<~ation diliaence due to reduced man-Dower since the 19508. The irriaation water <br /> <br />deliverv svstem loses considerable amounts of water that is needed for croo oroduction. <br /> <br />After Pueblo dam was constructed the irriQation waters beina delivered to oroducers <br /> <br />was much cleaner. The result beinQ that ditches and furrows are not beina sealed bv <br /> <br />silt as thev were orior to the dam. <br /> <br />15.~ <br />
