Younge, a Gr:md Junction attorney, criticized Faratiraph 9 of <br />the Operating irinciples. <br /> <br />The various objections were considered at meetings attended by repre- <br />sentatives of the bureau of Reclamation, the Colorado later Conservation Board, <br />the Colorado Game ar'd Fish Department, the Arkansas Valley interests, and the <br />Western Slope interests. To satisfy the Bureau of Reclamation and ;~. ~oung~,_ <br />_ ,certain_changes_were_ -inf'Jrmal-1y-agreed"to-by-th-o's-e-il1-a-t"tenaance at the meetings. <br />In addition it was agreed that a letter nritten by Mr. Avery Batson, Director, <br />Eegion 7, Bureau of ReClamation, to L,r., Cleland H.
