Subject: Thirty-sixth Annual Report of the Colorado River Storage Project and
Participating Projects for Fiscal Year 1992 (General Correspondence
Repayment)

Enclosed is the following information on the Colorado River Storage Project
and participating projects for fiscal year 1992:

1. Exhibit 1 - "Comparative Consolidated Balance Sheet"

2. Exhibit 2 - "Income and Expense Summary" showing the cost of operating
and maintaining the project.

3. Exhibit 3 - "Allocation of Federal Investment" which summarizes the
preliminary allocation in most cases, and the final allocation in a few cases,
of total estimated costs for all authorized projects.

4. Exhibit 4 - "Historical and Projected Repayment of Authorized
Reimbursable Investment" which reflects the principal payout on the inservice
reimbursable Federal investment, and shows the estimated rate of progress,
year by year, in accomplishing full repayment.
