A revised methodology, <br />based upon the June 1995 analysis, is still being refined. The La Plata Conservancy District, New Mexico, which will not receive water from <br />the initial facilities, will execute its repayment contract at a later date. <br /> <br />';,1 Agreement between the Federal govemment and the States of Colorado and New Mexico <br />totaling $207,312,000 consisting of cash contributions of $68,202,000 and credit for non-Federal <br />construction of deferred facilities $139,110,000.
