Return Flow Sales-We have sent out applications for Project water return
flows to the well augmentation groups. Their applications are due back by March
8. The Enterprise Allocation Committee will need to meet after March 8, but
before the March board meeting to review the requests and consider
recommendations to the board. Preliminary estimates indicate that we will have
about 16,000 acre-feet of return flows in the system to help meet replacement
water needs for 2002 well pumping. That is about 10,000 acre-feet less than we
had available last year (we had 26,900 acre-feet of return flows last year), It's
likely that requests for return flows will exceed supply,

Pending Issues/Studies/Report
1.
