The assistance provided by William <br />Howland, Colorado Water Resources Technician at Las Animas, in flow <br />measurements and equipment trouble shooting contributed very much <br />for improved now information and records this year. <br />In general, streamflow records of satisfactory accuracy were ob- <br />tained at the compact stations. The replacement 01 radios lor the lour <br />gaging stations and the receivers for the Lamar, Colorado, and Garden <br />City, Kansas, ollices were completed and in operation by about March <br />I, HIlB. Emphasis was continued on perlorming additionallield work to <br />increase the accuracy of the records and on providing current <br />streamflow data to the Administration and State ollicials, as required. <br /> <br />to.
