Task Description Colorado State Law requires that all regulations pertaining to the private aquaculture industry presented for consideration by the state Agriculture or Wildlife Commissions must originate from either the Title 35 Aquaculture Advisory Board or the Title 33 Fish Health Advisory Board, The Colorado Department of Agriculture maintains a seat on each board, orchestrates funding for the Title 35 board, and is the lead agency for the Title 35 Board. Regulatl\l..y development for the non-native fish stocking policy will greatly increase the Departments workload, staffing allocation, and logistical/financing support responsibilities, Pal1icipation and leadership in this effort by the Department exceeds the resources available at this time.
